Online approach & the dreaded mobile msg app firewall

These damned msg apps are the chastity belt of the 21st century. I've recently been running into this more and more. As if getting her number then dealing with constant check in txt wasn't bad enough, now they have apps where if you ask for a number (especially online) they will throw up these apps instead of letting you even attempt a call. The dating site email systems are bad enough, once you get stuck in these messaging app traps it seems she has already won. Forget trying to call her for a date.

Any advice for a technologically challenged txt hater like myself? I'm trying to get these ladies on a first date, not write a wall of text with no emotional content about what I'm doing at any given moment. I don't think I'll add them to any msg app crap next time, if they refuse to give or take a number I'll next them immediately.

I've gotten over 100 numbers from women online, plenty without asking for it...

Trust me if she isn't giving it to you its because she isn't interested

And even if they give you their number doesn't guarantee they're interested.

I have a date through one but I still don't have her actual number. Guess I'll be a guinea pig and if she doesn't hit me with her digits on the date I'll know for certain. She already sent me about 5 pics of herself and has seen that many of me so there is obvious interest.
