Lol, people in my family study and practice law. And they dont think anything Ive said is off base. Seems to me you just have your own feelings about this and it influences your legal reasoning. No, you won't find any such thing that backs up your repeated claim from any legitimate legal source because it doesn't exist. No legitimate legal commentator or lawyer, and obviously none of those exist in your family if what you say about their opinions is true, would claim, erroneously, that the matter in question necessarily ended with the express wording in the NBA Constitution as you have over and over. For whatever reasons, Sterling decided to cede control to his wife and end the process where he did, but rest assured there were other options open to him, namely appeal procedures within the NBA structure, likely arbitration, and then proceeding to court, where he would have had a very strong case and likely counterclaims IMO.Jaylan said:
