In principle, the three things you mentioned are what girls are good for. But look around. How many are actually GOOD at these? Especially the cooking and cleaning! The sexual liberation of women has lead them astray from these fundamentals, but at least they are still good for sex (maybe too good that now we have to worry about cathing stds from them).

Man what happened to you? I remember you used to give pretty solid advice (definitely helped me out), then hooked up with some older chick (and had a kid, right?) and now I've been seeing some lame posts ... no offense.

I've met a (few) really cool ass chicks with some serious brains. Granted there's always some level of sexual tension if you're not fvcking (or have fvcked), but that's unavoidable.

That said I'm not really "friends" with any of them, aka I don't go out with em to shoot the sh!t like I do with my guy friends, but if I was put in a situation with one I wouldn't mind having some good convo and a few laughs.

I'm skeptical about the whole concept of opposite genders as "friends". I'm sure it's possible but I think it's very rare. Either at least one side is secretly harboring feelings. or they are fvck buddies, and in neither case are they really "friends".

what i have found out is that when i'm not interested in ****ing a woman, she isn't as interesting, cool, smart or 'unique' as I made that person out to be. and when that dynamic is out the window, and I'm holding that person to firend standards... and they can't throw the sex card at me, it doesn't and wont' last.

part of me always wanted and wants to be the person that has a 400 number phone book and has his phone jumping with people wanting to do things.

it's not a sex thing. it's really not. I"m just finding that what I want and reality are two different things.

I don't have as many friends as I would like to have, and because speed dawg has a probelm with my rants I won't get into it... but I have to look at some things and how I spend my time and who I spend my time with.

My GF never really said anything, I don't think she cared either way, but she had this smirk on her face when my "friend" started calling me, like "i know something you don't, and you are going to have to find out yourself" smirk.

oh well. some areas I know my game is tight in, but i'm not perfect, nor do I profess to be.

no, i'll just lay it out there, **** it. the girl that has brought me here 7ish years ago recently got married, i sent her a contraglations email, and we started sending emails back and forth, then she started calling me, etc. I'm thinking hey, this is working out pretty well. i dont' want her, hell I actualy LIKE her husband.

so this is what went down. she has like this 92 lexus, it's a pretty nice car for what it is. my little brother's car broke down about 2 weeks ago and he's in college, i was thinkign about buying it for him. he'/d ave no problem getting ass in that car for his age. very clean.

anyway, i'm toying around with the idea. i talk to her, if I am to buy it, i'd pay this much. blah blah. so, I call my little brother to tellh im the good news, to find out that my dad had like, just like 2 hours before, bought him like an 04 4 runner. I'm like okay, nevermind.

so later that day, she has told her husband that i was going to buy the car, and within no more than 2 hours, has a bank loan approved for the car and everything. it's like an 02 mercedes jeep she wanted, like a 10k car and buys the car, sends me pictures and everything.

I try try tio tell her babe. I never said yes, go buy a damn car. she KNEW i was go9ing to send her 3 grand (what iw as going to pay for the car) and she actually banked on that and emptieed their savings account.

so, now i'm a worthless, selfish ******* and she's emailing me like 5 times a day telling me how broke she is and who she can't get to work because she has no gas money and everything


and this is ALL my fault. now, damn my little brother, i should just "keep my word" and stop being so selfish.

and the sad thing is, back in the days when I wantef to **** her, i'd drop the 3 grand, and she knew good and damn well i would and would have been happy to. that to me is childish immature behavior. grown people dont' do **** like that.

hell, even if I did say I wouyld send you the money, hwo the **** goes and buys a new car without money in hand? that's stupid.

i am a people pleaser. as i stated in another thread, while I do have my GF that i am crazy about, I do work from home, and to be qhite honest, my social life is not what i want it to be. thenw hen I do go out it' susually to an AA meeting where you are meeting people who arent' right for the msot part. sometjhing has to change, becuase under normal circumstances i wiould not be in this posiiton to have this happen.

I lift 6 days a week but i have a very nice setup at home so I dont go to the gym

I go the track 4-5 days a week, on my way there now actually (Breeders cup)
