Every day just stare at a point (a spec of fluff will do the job) and block out all thoughts. Thoughts will come, just ignore them. Do this for 5 minutes every day, then work up to like half an hour if you want to be a superhuman freakshow. Take cold showers and block out the cold etc.

It's called meditating on the void. It's simple but it can do wonders for your life.

DO NOT multitask, like listening to music, reading and eating at the same time. Be fully focused on ONE thing. I almost could not read books anymore because of the lack of concentration. Since I stopped multitasking, I got my concentration back.
Also, do outdoor sports. Get enough sleep. Meet people and chat with them.

It may be ADD. It may just be a short attention span. It may just be that you're tired and can't focus on one thing. Also, don't blame your poor game on concentration. I have ADD and refuse to take my meds, yet my game is doing just fine.
