You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
She initiated it with the odd late night phone call, the day after she said that we should catch up for a drink. I sent her a msg, today and all it said was, drinks this week? She sent back a big msg saying that she's busy this week but how about next Monday???Did she initiate the re-connect?
If so, this is what I call "spinning plates." She seems to be doing the spinning, though.
Which, in my opinion, is fine.
Key in my mind is to go ghost. I would just say, "Sure Hon sounds good. Text/call me when you want to catch up and I'll let you know if I'm available that day. Have a great day!"
Did just read the 30 rules haha.Oneitis creeping into the mindset...
Strongly suggest you read 3 rules below.

Yeah, the problem is OP met this girl on....... Tinder. No it doesn't, she dumped him because she didn't want to fvck him. That changes my explanation from he didn't escalate to she got bored which makes perfect sense because she is on tinder. He also didn't say how many times after the first time they had sex. She probably got the vibe that he was looking to be her boyfriend, while she wanted to keep using tinder, which would have turned her off sex with him.
Bored + turned off. "Not ready to let him in" my @ss, haha
Sure, but aren't the odds greater that the girl on Tinder is going to be a screwball compared to the woman you meet out and about? In my opinion Tinder (or any other other online dating site) has nothing whatsoever to do with it. I always try to focus the blame on ME. Far better for me to focus on what I could have done better.
It's more than likely, that the single girl you meet out, is a screwball on tinder...Sure, but aren't the odds greater that the girl on Tinder is going to be a screwball compared to the woman you meet out and about?
I hereby then challenge you to delete that App!It's more than likely, that the single girl you meet out, is a screwball on tinder...
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
I do have a couple of options at the moment but nothing really solid. The sex was great with her and we got along really well. It's always a little shocking the first few times this happens to you. But don't worry OP, after about 10-15 times you will get used to it.
Pretty soon, when it doesn't happen is when you will get surprised. Welcome back to the world of dating!
Btw, why are you wasting your time diving back into pools that have already been p*ssed in, don't you have any other options? If not prepare to be used and discarded once again![]()
