But an adjustable 60lb vest and start with like 10 lbs and start wearing it as you do regular activities...walk, workout, run, etc.

Then add climbing hills in there with it on(this will do more for stamina in the bedroom than anything else). As it becomes easy at one level, add another 10lbs and keep doing it over and over until you reach the full 60lbs.

Push yourself but also do it in a realistic manner...if you try the full 60lbs right away you will likely end up injured.

Diet and exercise are important.

When I was younger, I found taking large amounts of whey protein along with a very low-fat diet gave me issues.

I switched to pea protein and ate more foods with fat. Problem solved.

Regular exercise too: running, elliptical, bike, rowing, and weights all help.

Some of it is just getting older having more obligations and shvt. Sex just isn’t as important as when you were an 18 year old kid getting some forbidden fruit.

Sex became so regular and in my 30s that I expect it. It’s not fresh or exciting. Every broad has a vagina.
