Same. I agree about keeping busy with hobbies. Last month when I relapsed, I was in a bad headspace. Trying to stay more social and out of the house this month so I don't dwell/isolate.

End of day 2 I suppose; usually fashionably late to the party. Libido almost zero, but have been exercising all afternoon. That will soon soon change after a couple of days rest.
I have definitely cut down a lot this last couple of months, and have managed the odd week here and there over the last year. Might be just placebo, but I definitely see benefits after a few days or a week. The real test is will power to keep going.
Also giving up alcohol, cigs and coffee for the foreseeable future; genuinely bidding to grab the addictive side of my personality by the scruff of the neck.

A third way through the month. I have no steady plates, yet I feel like something good is happening internally/externally. I don't know if it's NoFap, yet I feel like something good is around the corner. Last night, I co-hosted a social event and had nearly 30 people show up. I was busy hosting, grilling up a storm, introducing people, being social, having fun, and blasting updates on social media so people knew where to find us.
Exactly one year ago, I hung out with many of the familiar faces that were there tonight. One remarked how different I was a year ago when he first met me. I was a quiet, reserved and introverted... a ghost... a broken soul... going through the pains of separation and divorce. I didn't like anyone getting too close. I didn't like hugs, touch, or any human contact. I was suspicious/paranoid of people and mistrusted new people I hadn't even met yet...
I was closed off. I was out socially because I knew I needed to socialize with peers again. Most of my married and LTR friends avoided me like the plague. I had to start all over and make new friends.
Long story short. It's good to be challenging myself in many things. NoFap experiment is an interesting process. I'm pursuing new and exciting adventures on the side in the pursuit to have fun.
I'm picking up fun and interesting hobbies. Not stressed about the race to spin plates, though I'm open to opportunities when I'm around various social spheres and see ways to create more fun.

If there's one thing I've noticed recently, on two separate stints, it's that I am wide awake by about 7:30 am, which usually (onfap) is unheard of.
I am doing absolutely nothing else differently (except a bit of detox this week). In fact, I absolutely smashed it in the gym last night, stayed up til about 1am which is also normal for me.
This has happened on two separate occasions in as many months.
Energy and mental clarity rising by the day. Really motivated to persist this time.

Day 42 No fap
I've been no fap since beginning of July and here are my results:
-getting motivation to work out like a beast. Haven't missed a day all month
-approaching and opening a lot more
-feeling overall optimistic and wanting to have fun. This next month is filled with adventure.
-have three dates this weekend
-have random hoes texting me asking me to come over. I'm turning down 50% of them cause I don't have the time
-having WAY more of a social life. Last weekend was insane, primarily because of all the social proof I had. got like 15 numbers and had so many chicks talking to me out of the blue. I'm narrowing down the list of girls I want to pursue. All were really high quality.
-I'm actually watching porn without fapping to it(!) why you say? Cause I'm trying to take notes on sex moves. The girls I'm meeting up with the next two weekends like rough sex and I need to work on my moves. Not fapping to the porn for my own pleasure. Rather figuring out how to pleasure the girl and make her squirt. Now rather than trying to get my dyck wet, my goal is to make the girl cvm so hard she will never leave me. I'm planning to fvck a girl really hard on Saturday.

Day 7.
Not much new to report, beyond what I normally experience by this point. If I go one more week to next Friday, I think it will probably be my longest streak ever on hard mode (no pun intended). I intend to go even way beyond that. Having momentary urges, particularly Wednesday on my rest day, but otherwise keeping mind distracted and energy dissipated with strenuous exercise. Also watching a lot of motivational tapes on youtube.
EXERCISE
-Able to lift almost all the way through all sets - 4 x 10 reps. Usually stating to fail by 28-30 reps, but now able to push through. Still failing during reps 30-40. Feel like I could do the whole workout over again by the end, at least mentally.
-Played pick up for 2 hours Tuesday and Thursday; stamina much better than usual and again, could probably continue for another hour.
-At the moment, really feel like I could exercise to this level every single day and feel no ill effects. Thought do need start eating more.
(also have not smoked nor drank alcohol since last week, which is obviously contributing)
SLEEP
-Probably most noticeable change in the immediate short term - after only 2-3 days. Sleep patterns stabilising, probably for the first time ever. Asleep by midnight; waking, ready to get up by 7.30 on average. Previously 'snoozing' for at least an hour until last possible minute. As results, now early to work for a whole week straight. Struggled to get out of bed my entire life until this point.
WOMEN
-Always, after only a couple of days, women seem to start paying more attention. Only five minutes ago, a solid 10/10, like supermodel-looking bird, is checking me out and smiles out of her car window as I walk out for lunch.
-I am a guy who is very observant of of people, especially women, as I'm out in public and I really do notice the increased attention and IOIs when I'm abstaining. I don't really know why it is, but I'm keen to get out on the town and start talking to some girls. Maybe not tonight as am a bit tired, but probably tomorrow.
