"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I've been doing a pretty good job weeding out the uninterested types, so I think I know where this is headed....

But I texted a girl telling her to let me know which days she's free in the coming days so that we can get a drink. She said "yes let's get a drink!" but didn't give me a day she's free.

Two days later, it's been crickets on both ends. She's high-valued woman who I'm sure gets lots of male attention. It's a fine line between looking needy and pursuing.

Do I wait a week to hit her up..."so how about that drink?" Or is there no harm in hitting her up now and setting something up?

I'm leaning towards the former. Don't want to be too pushy or over-eager with a high-valued woman like this.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I don't ever text a girl to ask her when she's free for drinks.

I'd text her and would ask her to join me for drinks. If she refuses for that night but does make a counter, then I know she's interested. If she refuses and makes no counter then I'd know she's not interested.

In either case, I lose nothing and still profit.

Alright, so what's done is done at this point. Think it's worth texting her now and asking her to join me for drinks tonight? Or is that looking needy at this point.

Just text her and invite her out. Nothing needy abt inviting women out.

Make it simple and brief.

Why not skip all the formalities, and just ask her to bed?

That's what you want, right? I've had women 'straight up' ask me to bed, so it's not as 'far fetched' as it may seem.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Yeah. I didn’t follow up with a chick who was supposed to meet me for lunch today cause she told me that she’d text her address so I could pick her up but never did. I’m not gonna “pursue” that cause I know that if she was interested she would have texted her address.

So you're saying just leave it as is?

Give her some time to think about it. Wait a week, you’re a busy man.
If she shows similiar disinterest at that time, forget her.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
