I'd build more comfort with her first before re-escalating. Get her more relaxed and enjoying being with you. Listen to what she said 'we dont know well each other yet', and go from there.

Tone down your investment on follow up dates, go ghost/play aloof until she messages you before you setup the next date

Design your dates around escalation and low investment, you aren't going to be buying dinner (or anything hopefully) for a girl who isn't even gonna kiss you. Invite her to hang at your house or to get drinks (subtly imply that she'll be buying her own drinks, like "don't worry about bringing a lot of money, this place is cheap so you won't go broke" )

If you don't get any action by the third date and there's no meaningful progression from the first two, hit her with an LJBF and then no contact if she's okay with it.

You may not even get the third date though.

The idea here is that you're losing interest, getting further away from any sort of committment or investment, but you aren't being spiteful, she's just boring you subconsciously.
