I have no job at the moment, so i cant get a membership. I got in free this week with my friend, i loved it, ive been sore all week. Is it possible to gain weight just doing different bodyweight excersises? I do martial arts 3-5 days a week too, but i dont know if it will be possible to gain a good amount of mass without weights. anyone here gain muscle mass without using weights?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Yea your martial arts is just going to be a cardio workout which will make you even more skinny.


If I can't get into a gym its back to the basics, pushups (good real ones, with my feet up on a couch), pullups, dips, hyperextentions (off anything you can find), one legged squats and lunges, just anything. If you are starting off you may not be able to do this, but for my shoulders I do a wallstand do reps up and down. Lat raising milk jugs works too for shoulders. Hell you can figure out a program that uses your body weight, milk jugs full of water, and bags of sand if you take the time. Once you can get a membership at a gym though, GET IN!

Depends on the martial art. I make gains on pads and wrestling all the time.
