I want to cut up
I am confused by this:
Carbs: 1-1.2g / # body weight
Protein: 2g./ # body weight
Do you multiply carbs times bodyweight
or do you divide it
With protein do you divide by two or multiply
I know these are silly questions so thanx.
Also, for the part about calories. should I start at 2500 and then cut down 200 more every week till about 1600. How long should I be cutting up. If I do everything right.
