I am 5'10- 165

I want to cut up

I am confused by this:
Carbs: 1-1.2g / # body weight
Protein: 2g./ # body weight

Do you multiply carbs times bodyweight
or do you divide it

With protein do you divide by two or multiply
I know these are silly questions so thanx.

Also, for the part about calories. should I start at 2500 and then cut down 200 more every week till about 1600. How long should I be cutting up. If I do everything right.

You multiply the carbs and protein by your bodyweight (E.G. 2g protein x 150lbs (bodyweight) = 300g protein/day)

Yes, start high on the calories, then cut down to 1600 calories. The time it takes you to lose weight depends on how dedicated you are to the diet and exercise - no one can give you an exact time. Just keeps doing it until you like what you see in the mirror.

5'9 and 170 and you can see my ribs. Of course mines muscle but unless yours is all fat you really shoudn't worry about diet more about definition.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
