Just wanted to say hi to you all as I joined a few week ago but never got the chance to log in. Great forum.

Have a question. I met a group of girls with my mates a few weeks ago. We # closed them and I chatted to one of them on whatsapp.

Got a date with her for drinks as she mentioned she wanted to go to this place for drinks and so I told her I will bring her there (originally it was to play sports on another date but that changed.)

Well when chatting to my mates, my mate knew about me asking her to play sports with me. She didn't tell me about her talking to my mate though.

Should I read into this at all on her interest level with me? We were quite flirty in our messages though. Maybe she is just playing the field or I am one of her options?

Any advice will be cool!

Always assume interest until she explicitly says "no" to you, or displays signs if disinterest. Until then, be cool, do fun stuff with her, escalate and see where it goes. When she starts acting retarded, flakes on you or disrespects you, then you drop her. No biggie.
