New guy checking in...few quick starter questions

some background info - Im 23years old and joined this forum(obviously) to seek any and all advice for approaching/meeting new girls and following through with whatever it is Im seeking. Good ideas for first meetings/dates after initial introduction/number exchange?

lol - well anything you guys want to mention

I do fine carrying on conversation but I have trouble initiating anything. When Im out I will usually have a few girls make the effort and come talk to me...but Im tired of not being sure how to do that myself.

Also...after meeting said girl how do I secure any future events. move on to what ever it is Im currently looking for from them.

I am going to cruse through the older threads to see if I can find anything and search the site - but I would appreciate anything you guys want to post.

Finally, are there any recommendations for literature I should read?? I have already read most of this
