"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Guys, I'd try to keep this very short. Well, I met this girl online about a week ago and we decided to meet sometimes this weekend. I have never participated in online dating things so I would like to be provided with advice how to go about taking her out. Should I give her my number to call me or ask for her number to call her or just ask her to meet me somewhere. I just don't know. Has anybody done online dating b/4? If so, how did you all go about it?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Thanks for the response reyalp but the search thing did not work for me. I could not pull out anything vital. Do you have any online experience yourself?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

You can do it a couple of ways.

The best way, I think is to simply arrange a spot to meet via email.

For example, you say lets meet at the coffee shop on the corner of 21st and Main at 2pm saturday.

You can ask for her phone number and then call to setup the date; This also works, but depending on the level of rapport built up via email she may be uncomfortable giving out her number before a face to face.

I'd recommend my first suggestion. Simply state the time and place of the date then show up at the designated time.

You can PM me if you need any more advice on the online dating thing, i've played with it in the past.

She already provided me her number. We arranged to meet this saturday. I think the first suggestion will work best. I just don't feel comfortable talking to her on the phone right now. I told her I volunteer preparing taxes for the community and she already fell in love with me. She immediately provided me her number. I don't know whether this is a good sign or not. I will just have to see. I will keep you all posted every single moment of the date. Thanks all.

Read this back to yourself a hundred times.

Not to be too cynical, but I doubt she "already fell in love with (you)" because of your generosity to the community....

Actually, I should not have said that. I just that by saying that got me attracted to her more. That is what I assume. I might be wrong and maybe I'm wrong.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
