"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

We all have experienced the Neg-Hit that went too far. What is your best example of a bad Neg-Hit?

Mine is pretty simple.

I was talking to a girl, she was about a 7. Real nice, intelligent, very opinionated.

Well, the conversation carried on, i checked her interest with kino, all was going good. I noticed how much hair she had on her arms. So, i held my arm up next to hers and said "Wow your hairier than i am, and thats saying something."

Needless to say that comment blew it.
"Never talk to me again."
And i was happy to oblige her. NEXT!

So, give me an example of the Neg-Hit you fvcked up. I know you have alot of them you would rather forget about, but dig em up for a lil, they need some air!

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Only use neg-hits on hbs that are stuck-up or know they are hot looking.

Um...if you're going to use "neg-hits" in the way they were intended then you don't EVER use them when it's likely that you are going to HURT the person by teasing them about something likely to be a sensitive subject to them. That girl probably got brutally teased about being hairy when she was younger. Anyone with big ears, a big nose, etc is going to be the same. You don't EVER neg hit someone using something they were likely to be teased and hurt over when they were little. That's a good way to make them hate you.

This should really be common sense.
