"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

“Some of them drop out [of college] and are just sort of forlorn and have no purpose or meaning in life. They’re not very likely to be married. They’re very likely to be living in their parent’s basement,” Graham said. “They’re lonely, they’re isolated.”
And while the housing market may be booming now, it is also possible that men leaving the labor force will weigh on that market as well. Meredith Whitney, a longtime Wall Street forecaster, predicts home prices could drop as much as 30% over a period of years thanks to men working less, being less interested in starting families, and being more likely to live with their parents.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

NEETs by definition are going to be incels. If you are a man and not engaged in employment, education, or training, you don't likely have a good life. If you're really good looking and not engaged in employment, education, or training, you might be able to get laid. Most good looking men are engaged in employment, education, or training.

I wonder what's going to happen when Boomer and Gen X parents die and NEET incel Millennials and Gen Z's inherit their houses but don't have a lifestyle for their houses and/or can't make the maintenance payments on them.

In my experience, it's more about relationships where this sort of thing becomes a big deal as opposed to it making one 'incel'.

e.g i've known a fair few 'NEETS' in my time who had good sex lives and got laid a lot with cute young girls.

But, relationships often never got off the ground (I can think of a few exceptions like when she was also basically 'neet', or when the girl was just obsessed with him to the point his 'neetness' didn't seem to matter) but generally things fizzle out way before an actual relationship, or , the thought of an actual boyfriend/girlfriend relationship is never even entertained by either party.

I guess it's similar to the old 'money' debate. If you are a good looking young dude you can be broke and have a crap job and stuff (is that really much different to being 'neet'?) yet you can still get laid a tonne if you look good and stuff. But having a crap job and being broke usually becomes an issue when it comes to 'settling down' kinda thing. I've mentioned before about how one of my hottest ever spell where I was getting laid like gangbusters happened to coincide with when I was broke and basically had nothing in terms of what one might think of as 'success' lol. But I was at my best looking and was also travelling to places/full on PUA approaching every hot 18 year old girl I saw lol

Hi MDJ,
With the incredible numbers of Migrants our Nations are bringing in,the prices of Real Estate wont be dropping anytime soon...SW15 wanders what the young Guy in the basement is going to do when he inherits the Family home...Well,he will sell it,or move up from his basement and rent out a few rooms.

2 things:

1) Articles like these are perfect ammunition against the normies who say there's nothing wrong with the dating market. The "Herbivores" of Japan might be across the ocean but this is closer to home. Who's going to defend, maintain, and advance the Western World? These ForlornBasementCels? Doubt it.

2) Actually, the move towards collusion prosecution is going to be the real market-wrecker.

It's OVER for RealPageCels

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
