She's banging the friend.
You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?
Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.
One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.
Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Boom. Nice job man.Jair213 said:Broke up with her. I told her that things weren't working out.

Her. You don't even say whatt you think, not even for things like this. It's astonishing what your pride could be able to do. Bye
Witch I didn't respond too.
I really don't see any point to your advice. She lost interest, ignored him. is fighting with him, has another guy. Why should he wait to put up with 2 more weeks of that sh1t? Do you think it's going to get any better? Why should he reply to her texts when she ignores his? You want him to have 2 more weeks of that? Betas wait instead of getting out, she would of dumped him if he didn't end it. Some guys really need to grow a pair when initiating a break up. Don't get into LDR's either, it's a waste of time and money.Mauser96 said:Her behavior says she is:
a) losing interest and using this to start a fight/send signals to initiate a breakup
This is what I have often referred to as over-texting.........maybe it should be called "chasing by text"
Reply to her texts, but don't initiate. Give it two weeks of this, and if things haven't turned around?? Dump her and move on

Wise words Emi! I think we can all learn something from that post.Emi02Jill said:I ever meet such problem before, after the high recommendation of one of my good friends, I got a cell phones signal booster, everything is OK now. You can have a try!
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
