School just started back and I am going to be getting to the gym at 6:30 every morning to work out.
Im doing a push/pull sort of routine, mon=push tue=pull wed=rest thur=push fri=pull.
I want to do something on wednesday without comprimising my rest, I dont really want to sleep in for consistancy sake.
I thought about maybe doing monday through thursday and then doing something different on fridays, olympic lifts or swimming and then Ill have the weekend to rest. any suggestions.
