Need help filing in my schedule

School just started back and I am going to be getting to the gym at 6:30 every morning to work out.

Im doing a push/pull sort of routine, mon=push tue=pull wed=rest thur=push fri=pull.

I want to do something on wednesday without comprimising my rest, I dont really want to sleep in for consistancy sake.

I thought about maybe doing monday through thursday and then doing something different on fridays, olympic lifts or swimming and then Ill have the weekend to rest. any suggestions.

Personally, I'd take wednesdays off... training 4x/week is fine assuming your intensity is high.

You could do core and conditioning. When I have a day where I'm not sure what to do I'll look up and modify a crossfit workout to help with my conditioning... Usually resting is a more fun option!

oh guys
see if we are proper in schedule then we can maintain our health
due to wrong schedule we cause a number of disease in our body ,sowe should always live in a proper schedule .
