“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I noticed that my waist is extremly small compared to the rest of my body. I What types of exercises should I do to increase its' size?
Already do:
-ab workouts
-side crunches for obliques
-squats stifflegged deadlifts for lower back

Anything else?

havn't measured, but i know its way small compared to regular athletic people's proportions. The reason why I wanna make it bigger cuz I think its limiting how big the rest of my body can be. Some parts won't get bigger till other parts get bigger.

I had the same problem. Work on your lower back, obliques and abs. And it wont make the rest of you bigger without the same amount of work as before.

As far as I know, a small waist will not limit anything. You will have an easier time obtaining that "V' taper, which is often sought after. I'm sure by doing heavy weighted core exercises, you're waist will grow, but don't expect to go from a 28" waist to a 31" waist anytime soon. From what I've been told, the abdominal wall, and the obliques are tough to build up in terms of size, due to their ability to handle stress. Since your core is basically the center of all movement (hence "core") it's used to dealing with all the force you exert on it.

Also, define "regular athletic people's".

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

trust me you can put on all the weight you want but when you diet down to that body fat you want to have so you can have your six pack, your wasit will shrink yet again. Keep in mind this is a great thing. If you have a small back and even a smaller waist your back looks bigger. Now keep in mind this is great.

If you have a big back and a small wasit you look massive and its nice!!! Plus pants are easier to find and all that jazz so just eat work out and grow and you will be fine
