need a diet plan for intense basketball training

i plan to do extreme amounts of running to condition myself for baskrtball tryouts in late october so i wanted to know what kind of food and how much of it should i eat that will help me recover from running, weight training, and basketball drills and give my body the energy it needs so it doesnt rebel on me im 6ft 154 pounds and 17 years old. thanks for any advice

Man, I have the opposite problem. I am 6'8" and need to loose at least 25 pounds if I wanna ever get to defending those wings. I can't play with my back to the basket so I play the "3".
