"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Whats an SSRI?, but if pills are the only thing that will help me then I guess I will take them.. Im taking Buspar as of right now.

Making eye contact with guys bigger than me gets scary..Anyone who is physically bigger than me sets off that anxiety trigger immediately. Making eye contact with certain ppl will set me off bcuz i will percieve them as threatning to me, such as big dudes or pretty ladies. Or when i know my speech is being heard to more than one or two ppl, i get nervous and anxious and I start feeling anxiety and my thoughts start to become fleeting and I cant make any sense at times and i go blank. When a pretty girl walks by and Im talking with my brother or friend I usualy have to stop bcuz of the anxiety I get, bcuz i cant think about what im saying my mind gets flooded and i go blank, when she leaves I can continue talking and contniue thinking.
Okay Buspar works sort of like a SSRI. Buspar is an anti-anxiety med but it isn't very effective. Tell your doctor that you need something else perhaps stronger.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

i did

I did..but he said to give it about a month to take its effect. I asked him for a stronger dosage but he said why? I think I should ask him to refer me to a psychiatrist instead.

I didnt know I had something that clinically wrong with me, that means its not my fault for not being outgoing or more open enough.
