I say leave your friend alone. If he says he wants to quit then chances are he's going to eventually he just needs to grow out of it. He might be doing coke cause of depression bothering him about it is just gonna make his depression worst causing more problems. Coke isn't has bad has the government makes it out to be. Yeah I agree the only for sure safe way for someone to do pcp is to lock them up in a padded room in a straight jacket.
