This swim season i want to get into the best shape of my life. I want to slighty reduce my body fat, and get bigger arms and chest. I can't bench though, so i guess i'll be using the machine.

Here are pics of me right now.
But i have a question first: what do i do if i want to keep the same size, but increase the power/strength? Cause bruce lee was tiny, but powerful, what kind of training do i do?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Why can't you bench?

To keep the same size simply curb calories while training purely for strength and explosiveness.

you eat enough calories to support your training but do not increase your bodyweight, yes.

Bruce Lee did alot of strength conditioning, and little strength training. In Kung Fu- bulk is not needed. His disclipine(Jeet-Kune-Do) required lots of mental, and physical conditioning. JKD also requires alot of breathing, and balance exercises. Try taking an entire shower(including shampoo) standing on one leg.....without slipping.

Most of all, Bruce Lee's clean diet of low-glycemic carbs, and high protein- is why he looks so ripped. UC Berkeley did early bodyfat analysis on him(using water submersion), and he was a shredded 3% bodyfat, at his physical prime.

Going by your pix you just need alot of upper-body weight training. You need to first put meat on your bones. You should be alright then.
