Well, that’s quite odd.

It seems like she either wasn’t planning on coming on Sunday anyways, or is mentally unstable or something like that. Why wouldn’t she wait 15 min. anyways?

Regardless, If I were you, I wouldn’t spend an ounce of energy about her anymore. To each his own.
Exactly this. OK, I admit being late was not cool.
But this girl preferred to get dolled up, dressed up, drive all the way from the suburbs and then bail the last moment. It does not make much sense, so maybe she's unstable. Let me add that we had a brief facetime call to confirm the date when I was on the (first) bus stop and she was about to start driving. I could clearly see that she was already dressed up for the date and said she was looking forward to it, so it's not just my imagination. Maybe I dodged a bullet after all.

Edit: unless she just never showed up independently of me being late, but that would be really insane.

Then send her a message on Instagram or whichever means you have for communicating, and invite her to meet you for coffee, frozen yogurt, to the pool(I.E. Something cheap or free, for this first encounter)etc, etc. Don't frame it as a question either. Write something to the effect of:

"Yo. I'm going to (Insert location)at (Insert date). Join me"
Thanks, this is something that could work indeed. Though I haven't seeded the idea of us meeting up before, and was wondering if I should do it first before sending the invitation.

This will be quickly solved with talking more girls. You are coming from a scarcity mindset mentality where you are unconfident and outcome depend of asking this other girl out.

If you had more girls you would be ok if this other girl rejected you or leave you on read. I also get it is heard after being ghosted by this OLD chick.

Assuming you told her you were taking the bus and that’s why you were late, she ain’t dating no bus rider.

However, it’s very important to build a long term vision before meeting. That’s what separates you from the thirsty dudes in her inbox, why should she meet you? What do you have to offer her?

All dudes just want to set up a date and meet in hopes of getting laid. You have to set yourself apart, did you google her number/name? You will find so much info and know what ticks her, lead the conversation that she cares about or what she wants the public to think.

The flake is her believing you won’t bring any added value to her life. You’re just another online profile.

You are right man, I got trapped into prioritizing these two girls in my mind over the last month. I've been traveling for work so was very busy and did not even check the dating apps for new leads. It was easy to just rely on 1 or 2 leads. After she ghosted me I got back to square one, sh1t happens. Getting back to it though, already talking to new matches. Hopefully meeting new ones in real life as well.

You are asking a lot to be dating women while riding buses.

Good luck with that one. You'd be better off working on your financial picture first and then worry about dating because your outcomes are going to be far less prosperous than they could otherwise be.

Guys with no cars are typically grouped into the "loser" bucket in OLD, rightfully or not, and the types that most women aren't really interested in pursuing anything with or it ends up being an issue even if they claim it won't be.

Your focus should be on fixing that part of your life first, IMO.

OP this Hinge chick was looking for an excuse to blow you out I highly doubt it would have made it past the first date

This screams of a stereotypically delusional app woman and yet another shining example of why they are a waste of time

This is classic low interest. It wouldn't have mattered if you had a car and showed up 15min early. Her excuse about her dad was her way of telling you she really wasn't interested. Its easier for most women to be indirect than be direct and say I'm not interested, I have changed my mind. They fear the retribution. She knew if she threw out another excuse she would get some retribution which is why she blocked you and eliminated any possibility.

Be thankful she showed her cards early. Just another wishy-washy attention wh0re talking to 5 other guys.

Always refrain from getting excited/hopeful about any girl you meet thru OLD. Always be entertaining multiple women at one time.

After thinking about it more I tend to agree with the two comments above and also the ones made by others previously: she was probably a low interest chick with potential issues as well, given by how she handled the whole situation. I also speculate the first rescheduling due to the 'health issue with her dad' was merely an excuse. Arriving there with a car wouldn't make a difference, and it has never been a problem before (I have a very successful career and my sh1t together in life overall, most girls very often comment on it positively)

Indeed, I come back to the same realization time and time again. Thanks for the reminder.

Ha. At age 19 I befriended a girl at work. She kept asking me out. In the end I agreed.

I turned up to the “date” and she brought her enormous black BF. The dude was quite sound TBF no issues. Just a real blurring of lines. Odd.
