Im currently doing the 3-day split, working 2-3 muscle groups per workout. Ive been doing this for about 3 months, i was wondering if it was appropriate to switch up the muscle groups worked ex. Old- Lower body, Biceps New- Lower body, tri's. Does it even matter if i switch it up? would it be more benefitial jsut to switch up the actual exercises. I heard it was good to keep your body guessing during workouts, so thats why im asking this question, how often should you swtich things up

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

If you're gaining weight and/or increasing lifting numbers, don't change things up.
