What do you do if a girl is constantly mirroring your questions? It's really hard to have a conversation about her, since this girl is constantly asking me same questions that I ask her

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Listen to her response, and repeat what she says in a question format. For example.
You: Where are you from?
Her: Miami
You:
(A)Is it true alligators lounge around the streets in Miami? *smile*
(B)I've never been there. I've always wanted to go. How is it out there?
(C)Ahh...Miami. The place where everyone looks like they've auditioning for Baywatch. *laughs*
(D): Miami? How about them *Miami sports team*?
There's hundreds of responses you could do from a response she gave you. Make sure you do the three second rule where you pause before responding back so you don't interrupt while she's talking and it shows her that you're listening. Eye contact is important. Look into her eyes 90% of the time and no where else while having a slight smile on your face. I don't care if half her boobs are showing, eye contact is important.
Just feed off her response by asking questions so she can elaborate on a certain topic.

No, it's not like that. I know what ForAllThat means. There are some girls that are weird and do this. Here is an example of such a conversation:
You: Where are you from?
Her: Where are you from?
You: What's your name?
Her: What's your name?
You: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Her: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
You: What music/TV/movies do you like?
Her: What music/TV/movies do you like?
These girls are weird and either do this because they get off on being annoying and weird or because they have some mental issues.
Regardless of their reasons, I would avoid them, and when you encounter such a situation, blow them off, possibly with a c*cky insult, and get out of the situation as quickly as possible.

No she will actually answer the question, and THEN ask the same question to me. Even if I continue the topic she will keep asking the question until I answer it
she's probably nervous, take it easy on her, maybe her conversational skills aren't up to par. Maybe try making some statements and opening up about yourself a little (but not tooooo much...be mysterious) and throwing out some positive energy and she can jump on the bandwagon with you when you are feeling more comfortable.
