Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

forget oj, it's in most ways worse. get your nutrition from green veggies, whole food protein sources, etc. and supplement with a multivitamin.

The only time I drink milk is in protein shakes, and even then I try to have low fat milk. Do I need to cut this out or is there anything else I can mix protein powder with?

it's damn near impossible to eat too many veggies, especially if you stick to salads (with little or no dressing) and really green ones like straight up green beans with a little salt or butter.

there are several schools of thought on milk here. if you're adding it to a postworkout shake, i would strongly advise you to only use fat free milk (fat gums up the absorption that you want as rapid as possible right after lifting)

the rest of the time, add whatever makes the shake palatable. only avoid milk totally if you're trying to lean out entirely (something I've never done nor worried about, so i can't tell you whether losing the milk helps or not)

skimmed milk is good, just at the right time - get it throughout the day but cut down in the evening 'cos of the carbs

it's good in a shake too

oh yeah, fruit and vegetables - if you can get your hands on them, the more the better :)
