down to chest/shoulders. thats the rack. press directly up, once bar passes forehead, get your head under the bar. in the end the bar is behind your head.

Keep your elbows at or above 90 degrees. Anything lower just wreaks of shoulder injury. Everyone is different, so if you feel any pain (I'm not talking soreness I'm talking aching pain) in your shoulders, adjust your work out accordingly. Trust me, screwing up your shoulder is NOT worth it! It's an injury that can plague you the rest of your life.

I don't go past 90 degrees. I had a torn rotator cuff and you don't want that. Also remember to pull your shoulders back to line everything up.
