I have a music myspace page which I'm using to promote my music.

I was browing through profiles and came across a cute 20 year old in my area. She mentions in her profile that she's the conservative type and just broke up with her boyfriend is just looking to meet some people.

We've messaged back and forth a few times and it's just short conversation. I only use myspace for music but I made an exception to message this one.

Would you say girls are using myspace to meet people or more like to feed their ego nowadays?

I don't know if the fact she mentions she recently became single makes any difference.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

If she mentioned that to you in message, that's a huge IOI. Her intentions may just be to hang out with guys because they're easy friends to rope in with a pair of tits, but she'll have no idea what hit her when you lay down the game on your first meeting.

Normally it's not a good sign when a girl mentions her bf status like that.

And it's the stereotypical story...

If she has 'single' in her profile that's all you need to know... as it is with any girl you meet out... she's got friends who can care about her past situations and her emotional state... all you need to know is at that point in time she ain't attached to no-one
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
