"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Back in June I had my heart broken by a beauty who I never really got over. I had another girl and saw her a lot in the meantime, but even after she and I ended things I reverted to missing the first one.

Anyhow, on New Year's Eve I swore I saw her (1000 miles away from where we met as I since moved). It wasn't the same girl, but seeing her reminded me how much I still adored her.

I went over to her and told her that she reminded me of someone. It turns out they have the same birthday (off by one day), are the same age (off by one year), were born the same day of the week (exactly 52 weeks apart), part their hair the same, have the same eyes, same boobs, same smile and same attitude. And get this: their names are almost identical! Not only that, but we met the same week (Dec 26, 2014 versus Dec 31, 2015).

I showed her a photo of the first girl and even she swore they looked identical (minus the hair color), to the point where she told her friends about it and was excited to see me when I ran into her a second time. The best part was, unlike the first girl who had all of Nismo's warning signs, this second one has no tattoos and her natural brown hair color, and no piercings - my ideal woman! I feel like God is giving me a second chance. As luck would have it, I was with another girl both times I saw her, so I couldn't ask her out, but that probably only helped.

I've always noticed that there are only so many types of beautiful women, but have you ever met a girl who reminded you so much of another girl?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Dafuq dude. Are you really a guy?You could even remember the day of the week you met with that ex chick of yours? You are full into afc zone.
Considering your enthusiasm ,you are gonna blow all things up.

Honestly ,what were you doing 10 years and 3.600 posts in SS except for spending your time?

I remember the day I met my one itis girl. but then again, I was going into my pool hall and I was going to kick everyone ass. so. there is that...

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

No more keyboard jockeying . Action is the place.
You guys don't know Neil, but the guy is a romantic. Just because he isn't "alpha" this and "**** your feelings" etc doesn't mean he isn't an old school DJ.

It is never good to overvalue women, whether you're an "old school DJ" or not

It's just a mirage man. She might have the exact same hair and wear the same sweater but it isn't her.
