“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Here’s all the ways you can look better physically / visually.

I know many professional models and several plastic surgeons.

✅ 1. Wash face twice a day.

✅ 2. Get professional teeth whitening.

✅ 3. Get Botox from a plastic surgeon once every 3 months.

✅ 4. Get a tan.

✅ 5. Replace my wardrobe.

✅ 6. Get plastic surgery if you’re willing to and can afford it.
I am debating whether to do so at th e moment)

✅ 7. Weightlifting 4-6 days a week.

✅ 8. Hire a professional personal trainer.

✅ 9. Start sports, like martial arts, dancing, boxing, etc.

✅ 10. Get braces to perfectly straighten your teeth.

That’s all I can think of for now off the top of my head.

Have a skin care regimen you adhere to 100% strictly.

Hyuralonic Acid (5 types) to use on your face after washing it in the morning.

After washing face at night, use high quality Collagen cream all
over your face.

Use Hyuralonic acid facial wash in the shower.

Charcoal and eucalyptus bars of soap.

Benzoyl peroxide 10% face wash after using hyuralonic acid wash.

✅ Use an exfoliating wash once a week.

Get an expensive haircut. Minimum $30 for a men’s haircut. My hair is very short.

I tip 50% so she goes the extra mile for me.

Tipping $15 out of a !32 charge.

Cheers!

Lots of redundant tips here, and i'd contest a few of these points related to skincare.

-Not all people need to wash their face. I haven't washed mine in >10 years and I almost never get breakouts of any kind. Same goes for Benzoyl peroxide and exfoliation - for some people this is unnecessary and may make their skin worse. Related to this point - I tried going a few months without using any lotion and my skin stopped getting dry on its own and I no longer seem to need it, even in this very dry and cold winter. I do think there is something to the idea of letting your skin achieve homeostasis on its own. That said if my skin does get dry I found vasoline to be amazing, I used to put it on overnight.

-Collagen is better supplemented orally than topically.

-Hyuralonic Acid is good though but not as a wash that makes no sense, it's a moisturizer so it's best used in facial serums/lotions.

-Getting a tan will age you a lot. Always wear sunscreen and hats if you're going to be in the sun for long periods especially during peak UV hours. If you want to get a tan, you need to do it very slowly and ideally after 4pm or so when the UV is much lower.

All of this said.... I think most of looks come down to a combination of lifestyle and genetics. Sleep, diet and alcohol use are probably the biggest factors.

What worked for you when it comes to teeth whitening ?
Professional teeth whitening.

The in office kind.

Do it twice a year.

And use these strips for maintenance.

These have the highest bleach concentration of anything I am aware of over the counter and not in office.

CostCo sells these hour express strips and the regular strips.

I ONLY use the hour express strips.

Genetics. I need a strict regimented skin care routine or I get bad acne and redness.

I give away the non-express strips.

Also, I don’t follow the instructions.

I wear them longer than the time they recommend.

If your face is prone to break outs and redness, you might try tea tree oil.

I use a tea tree oil toner pads by Desert Essence, as well as their wash....and I use organic tea tree oil on my face if I get redness/bumps or a pimple. Tea tree oil might be harsh if you use 100%, you can always dilute with another oil like rose hip oil. I use 100% but my mother-in-law (who wanted to know my skincare regimen) found it too harsh. You only need a few drops.

As we age, people get microscopic insects, mites, that live in your pores & enjoy a diet of sebum face oil. At night they emerge to mate on your face. Sexy, right? These mites cause redness, bumps & pimples because their waste is inflammatory to people with sensitive skin. Tea tree oil kills the mites, and the oil also helps suffocate them. Then your skin can slough them off naturally and the inflammatory response (redness/bumps) subsides.

Gross, but true. Frequently washing pillowcases and ocassionally replacing pillows also helps reduce the mites (they can reinfect through contact with pillows or pillow cases.)

So wash your sheets gang.

Senior citizens with bulbous noses and red faces are often the result of longstanding skin mite infestation. You cannot get totally rid of them easily, but you can keep the population knocked way back with the above measures.

FDA just approved a med to combat them FYI.

I’m never sleeping ever again...

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

You guys that get worked up over your looks would have better results with women by further developing your masculine side. You know women make fun of your type right?

Ah I miss Guru. He'd be totally on board with this thread.....

My husband is a vain dude. Its pretty funny but at least he owns it.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
