The problem with “self-righteous” people is that they, no different than us, like and do crazy stuff. Everyone has kinky, weird, sexual appetites. It’s perfectly normal to have fantasies involving goats, horses, voyeurism, etc. Everyone is a pervert. “Pervert” is simply what we call people who do what is outside our own personal standards of what is appropriate behavior—practically every sexual behavior is condemned by someone else—and the components for all sexual behaviors whether normal or abnormal is fantasy, symbolism, ritualism, compulsion. The primary difference between “normal” people and sexual offenders is that for sexual offenders their fantasies take control of their life.
As for voyeurs, they tend to be male, so females are relatively rare, but voyeurs also tend to suffer from social inadequacy. A paraphilia such as voyeurism can lead to progressively more serious offenses as the needed amount of stimulus progressively increases. Sexual offenders often are found to engage in four simultaneous paraphilias, and serial rapists or even serial murderers are often found to have started out with simple, harmless things such as exhibitionism or voyeurism. However, that woman is most likely of no threat to the community.

That is your personal standard and mine as well, but every sexual act—probably even missionary style—is considered abnormal by other cultures or subcultures. Psychologists, sociologists, sexologists readily admit—and this is the first thing taught in classes of psychology, sex offenders, etc.—that they can not objectively define what is abnormal behavior. Asking the simple question "What is normal?" is extraordinarily complicated to answer.
People have freedom of thought. We do not necessarily have freedom of action but we can think about whatever we want and it is acceptable. It is okay to think about having sex with a dog or have pedophilic thoughts or have a rape fantasy, if as long as they don’t actually do it. It is only when we act out our thoughts and fantasies that we are subject to scrutiny if it is harming to others. Back in Greek times, it was considered the highest love for a man to engage in what we consider pedophilia, which just goes to show culturally and time sensitive are our standards. They thought it was harmless, we think it is dangerous. I would find it most comical if some culture considers missionary style as abnormal, and there probably is (or was).
If you ask people directly, upfront, when their identity is known, what they are into sexually, they will lie. They may not lie per se but they will conveniently exclude certain interests—such as having a smoking, shoe, or bondage fetish; or a fantasy of having a foursome with their relatives— and may certainly lie when asked if they like it. Anonymous sex surveys indicate that normal, mentally healthy people like bizarre things, that collectively it is everything under the sun. Anything you can imagine, there are people out there who like it.
We can not judge people as “abnormal” for having fantasies of goats or horses, but only if they actually carried out their fantasies and engaged in bestiality could we then say “No, that’s wrong.”
