I was reading about how more effeminine men are attracted to more masculine women but I cant understand. I can totally see how alot of guys act feminine but I realy cant think of girls who act masculine, can someone give an example or something?

Just look at the characters in the TV sitcoms "Everybody loves raymond" and "King of Queens". The men are submissive and supplicating to the demands and threats of their masculine wives who are the head of the household! A woman being the head of the household is a very unnatural position for the female to be in.

I don't see how someone can define a women as masculine just by her looks eather, what makes a women without saying a word be "ultra feminine" or more masculine? I was reading Pooks post awhile ago on how ultra feminine women attract the most men and how masculine men attract the most women and was wondering how someone can tell if a womens really feminine or not just by looks.
PS: I really appreciate both of your replies so far and I have to admit those women on both those shows literally have to the THE biggest insane turn-off you can imagine.

Masculine can be a state of mind. You see many homosexual men, who you might consider muscular, are totally not masculine. And also, you see lesbian bull dykes as the other extreme of gender bending. Somewhere in the middle is the woman who has a masculine attitude, and wants nothing more than a man she can walk all over. If you have a backbone, you and she will quickly learn the relationship won't last.
Now there are women who may look masculine, but that doesn't mean they have a masculine attitude. Some girls are build thicker than others, but have great femmine attitudes. Not that I find that attractive, but I'm sure some guys do.

I agree with you guys. This is the reason so many become unhappy in their relationships. They don't want to be the dominant person in the household. It goes back to evolution. The man is supposed to be the "man" and take charge. This is a very somewhat unnatural position for a woman to be in. That's why these women end up cheating on their husband or boyfriend when somen manly man comes along and makes them feel 'feminine' again. This is the position they feel comfortable and more natural in. They might say they like being in control, but subconsciously they want a dominant person over them. It's comforting to them that you're going to be there to protect them. This is why you should tell any guy in your family who supplicates and let's the woman have control to take back the power quick, or some dude will come along and sweep her off her feet. You know the guys in your family or some of your friends for that matter. At least give some good DJ advice to them as a friend.

I think there are more masculine(in the way they act) women now adays, and it probably has to do with the changes in society. Women don't need men for self defense and hunting purposes anymore. It's easy to take charge when you can just drive to the grocery store for food, but when you have to hunt that food it isn't as easy to ***** and moan at your husband because you may end up starving. I'm all for equal rights, but there is a misconception that men and women are the same. It just isn't true. Men and women are generally better suited for different jobs.

Again, I agree on these points with you guys. It's not really that these women 'look' masculine, it's just that they have male qualities that we are disgusted by. I know for myself, I am very attracted to very feminine qualities in a woman. And, if a woman who starts out acting all submissive and feminine to get my attention and then a few months down the road she starts to try to manipulate and control (dominate) me, I get very turned off by her actions. Thats not what qualities I found attractive in her in the first place, so why start acting like a man now! See guys, men and women are different. She's a woman and we're men therefore we're opposite, that's why were attracted to each other, plain and simple. Nature intended for us to be opposite, that's why we attract. Men are missing something in themselves and women are missing something. We are looking to fill these missing pieces and the opposite sex is supposed to compliment the difference. A man is supposed to be manly and full of testosterone, therefore he is going to be attracted to the opposite; a very feminine, somewhat submissive woman to compliment his manliness. It's when these women cross over into the more masculine qualities that the line becomes blurry. Society is trying to blur the lines with these shows and femininsm, but we need to seize back some control over our own manhood!
