The Goal
About a week ago I came across this site, and it has really made me think about where I'm at in my life and where I want to be. I've read some of the DJ bible, some the bootcamps and plenty of other posts. I believe its time to put what I've learned in use. My plan is to approach 350 women I don't know and attempt to get the number. In June of 2007 I'm moving to Alanta, Georgia so this will be my target date to reach 350 approaches.

About me
I'm a black, 19 year old male, living in Nashville, TN. I moved here from Detroit last year. I just gotta outta of a 2 year relationship with a girl I thought i was going to marry. I'm 5'11", 195lbs, athletic and about an 8 in looks.

Day One is today, I would really appreciate any advice, criticism or words of encourage ment. Help a brutha out. but other than that here I go...

Na.Something about picking up chicks w/ family in the same building w/ you is just awkward.I did get a few looks but didn't act on them.Sometimes I'm pumped and feel like I can get any chick I want at the drop of a dime.Other times I'm tired and dont even feel like bothering.I'll do an approach tom. just to get out of my comfort zone.Happy Thanksgiving by the way, guys.

This past wednesday I went to the mall to buy some shoes with the money I just got from my birthday. While I'm walking my moms calls me to tell that grandma is coming down to Nashville for thanksgiving. She asks me what I'm doing at the mall and I tell her I'm looking for some females. Now my mom is cool as hell and funny too. she tells me to find a pretty girl and let her talk to her. So I see a girl walking towards me, HB7.5. I start slowing as she get closer and she begins to do the same. I still have the phone in my hand

Me: How u doin today sweetheart?
HB7.5 Good, how are u?
Me: Today is fvckin beautiful! naw i messing wit chu, whats your name?
HB7.5: "HB7.5"
Me: Nice to meet you HB7.5, my name's Manchild.
HB7.5: Nice to meet u manchild
Me: Can u do me a favor HB7.5?
HB7.5 Favor? Wat chu mean?
Me: I need u to talk to my moms real quick( i started handing her the phone)
she looked puzzled as hell
HB7.5: well, I guess so.

from there on it was HB7.5 answering question from my mom

HB7.5: hello
HB7.5: my name HB7.5
HB7.5: I'm 22
HB7.5: I'm in college, I go to X University(the same school i go to)
HB7.5: yea he's cute
HB7.5: yep, his shoes are clean...bye


my mom had the girl laughing the whole time

Me: So u go to X Univerity, me too.
HB7.5: really, I think I might have seen u up there before
Me: yea u probally have
Me: listen, its been fun talkin to u , but i really need to get going. um... give me ur number sweetheart and so we can meet up on campus

I don't know what to say about this one, I might have gotten lucky. i don't think I would try that again.

I'm from Chicago but I was at TSU for Last year and the year before that, then I transferred to a school in closer to home....I found it tough to sarge at TSU. You either gotta be real intelligent, real thuggish, real stylish, or an athelete... Most of the girls at TSU don't want you unless your one of those types of people. Thats the way i saw it. manchild do you agree or am I wrong?

I dont know man, its been pretty easy for me, maybe because i'm a intelligent, stylish athlete. lol
