I'm 22 years old. A manager. Im coming off a breakup where I had a beta backslide... bad. How do I ask out just an entry level sales girl. I work in retail @ nordstrom. I think I could get in trouble for asking her out on the clock. But who knows. She's cute I figure it is worth a try. Advice?

EASY, invite her for drinks, simply as that...dont take her on a "date" its to much preasure and expectation for her as she is new and you have authority...casually invite her out for drinks...you know her schedulle... so suggest it when u know shes not working...
its only too soon if you make it seem that way. You have to believe your own bullsh1t before the females do. Waiting till she settles in , I would only advise that if he is the slightly shy type and wants to approach using social circle game but good luck with that if you have no personality.
