"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Oh lord. I'm going to say it before somebody rips you a new one.

1. Search the threads for similar posts.
2. Search the threads for diet posts.
3. Search the threads for workout posts.
4. Research gynocomastia (or whatever it's called)
5. Do your own research before blindly asking people to tell you what to do.

The guys post about removing a chicken pox scar is looking more and more superficial reading this.

At least you still have your hair. See? people all have **** that's wrong with them, don't stress about it. That just makes it worse. Same advice I gave the other guy: Do the research to see what would fix it, then either fix it or get over it. Sure people might tease and poke fun a bit, but most don't care, and if you confronted them about it with the research you've done about fixing it then they certainly wouldn't look down on you. Being perceived as happy and progressing through life is sooo much more important.

Some humor courses teach you to make a funny joke about it. To draw attention to it so you and the audience become comfortable with it. Your fear just makes it worse. . .

There's gynocomastia and then there's Pseudogynocomastia.

Lay on your back, and press on your nipples. If you feel a hard mass under your nipple, there's nothing you can do about it except have an operation to have the mass removed.

Pseudogynocomastia is fat buildup in the breast tissue and and not the glandular type associated with regular gyno.

Diet and exercise can help reduce this fat.

In the mirror, looking at your profile, your chest should have a nice round curve with your nipples aiming downward. If you have gyno, your nipples will be curving upwards like breasts on a woman.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I think you just have to hit the gym and build up some muscle/lose some fat.

The mass would feel very simmilar to what a girl's boobs would feel like. I'm hoping you know what those feel like lol. It's not hard but not flabby like fat, either. Just sorta has a bit more density then normal flesh.

You don't feel anything, so I think you're ok.

Hit the gym and burn off the "baby fat" like my old man would call it.

Get your body fat down around 10%, if you still have problems, try some Nolvadex or something.

If those two don't work, surgery is your only option for correcting it. Either that or a man-bra.

lmao

(I laugh cos I have some gyno too)

Nolvadex will only help prevent it, but if the mass has already developped, there's nothing you can do.

Taking alot of Chasteberry has simmillar properties as Novaldex. I can't remember off hand what the daily dosage is, but if anyone is looking into reducing estrogen in a natural way, they can look into taking some.

If i recall, small doses will raise estrogen and larger doses will supress it. Weird stuff.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
