"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

First off; I know I'm a good looking guy, with an interesting personality.
Arrogance aside, I know that there are a lot of not-so-good looking guys with 2d personalities who have lots of hot girls.
In the past, I've been a shy guy because I've been afraid of what might happen, rather than going for what could happen.
The past does not equal the future, I want to get out more, meet more people; guys and girls (not in a bisexual way, lol).
I know that social skills are best learned through experience and that most of these posts are worthless if you don't actually have something to work on or improve on. At the moment, I'm not afraid to say that I have no or very limited social skills.
So, after I get over my minor surgery, I'll be back into the gym, I'll be getting a job and I'll be getting out and about with plenty of opportunities to meet interesting new people.

This, to me, is no new idea. For ages I've wanted more friends, and more women in my life. But I didn't take the first step.
I've only asked out three girls in my life. (Let's make this clear, I don't want to ask 50 girls out just for the sake of it, I only want to approach them if I think I'll be interested.)

So, is the first step (approaching a girl to get her number, or having a friendly chat with a guy) just a matter of grabbing my balls and not caring what they think of me?

I was also thinking that first, I should look at my morals; how should I treat these people, how should I treat myself (both with respect) and so on. Before I get down to actually talking. I don't want to be misrepresented, therefore if I do use some techniques from here, they will be used in a way that won't make me, or anyone else, feel bad/unfulfilled.

I realise I've rambled, so here is the concise part of my post; is the first approach merely a matter of grabbing your balls and letting go of your fears?
Also, do you think about your morals frequently?
Do any of you actually have morals relating to DJing? lol, if so, please share.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I would actually suggest that you get some practise around girls, look on the first, say... 10 girls you meet as friends! Nothing more, this way you can build up a circle of female friends and get some training in how to behave around them. Feel free to use some DJ on some of them, but don't too much.

Good luck!
