How about a section where everyone can share their jokes and their C+F behaviors

I think the Anything Else forum would be about as close are we're gonna get to a "Humor Forum."

There was a Humor Forum before, but it got mothballed (see: erased) due to lack of popularity.

Haha, I think it was before our time. If you had read some of the old stuff in the Mod Corner, you would have learned about it.

We also use to have a Mature Forum before the new one too.

I think Frank did more modding for me when I was "in office," so that's probably a reason.
