If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

You reduce the calories to a level that stops you from gaining weight. This means of course that you do the same amount of exercise. Less exercise, less calories.

Why would you want to force yourself to gain weight to move up a class? There is no shame in fighting in the lightweights or middleweight division.

You want to keep weight w/o supplementation? Brown Rice and Wheat Bread my friend.
