I've been working out recently a lot, squats and other fairly heavy compounds, usually for around 40 minutes, and it really helps with my mood. (I guess I suffer a little with anxiety) but the problem I'm having is that the high I get after working out is not lasting as long anymore.... Is it possible that you start to become immune to the post exercise high and after a while you no longer really feel it?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

if i work out early on in the day i forget that i went to the gym. if i work out at night (my gym closes at 11), i get to go home, take a shower, and relax my ass off the rest of the night. the post exercise high to me is just a sense of completion. all that matters is that you worked out when you planned to.
