"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I've been working out recently a lot, squats and other fairly heavy compounds, usually for around 40 minutes, and it really helps with my mood. (I guess I suffer a little with anxiety) but the problem I'm having is that the high I get after working out is not lasting as long anymore.... She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

if i work out early on in the day i forget that i went to the gym. if i work out at night (my gym closes at 11), i get to go home, take a shower, and relax my ass off the rest of the night. the post exercise high to me is just a sense of completion. all that matters is that you worked out when you planned to.
