“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Lie down, raise your legs up slowly. Then lift them back down, but never let your legs or feet touch the floor. You will feel burn on your lower abs if you keep doing it. You can intensify with ankle weights.

If you're trying to get a visible 6-pack however, you have to do cardio (ex: running) in order to burn the fat and let the muscles show.

Along with leg raises, you can do reverse crunches. Remember though, you MUST have low bodyfat. For most guys, the lower abs are the last thing to come in as you lose fat.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Do crunches in which you do not "curl" up. Keep the spine straight. This forces the lower abs to do more work than the upper pair.

It's more complicated than just blindly saying you can't train part of a muscle.

It's true that the abs are one muscle, and you can't isolate one part of a muscle. However, you CAN work one part of a muscle more than other parts.

Cool that you're posting the link to bodybuilding.com, by the way. I'm a regular poster there.

You have your abs. You have fold lines in your abs which help you bend. Is there abdominal muscle below the 'four pack'? is there any muscle there? Yes. Then there are lower abs. Technically.

However, it's agreed that they hardly do much. It's hard to work definition into it, just a bit more strength. Theres your vague average answer.

True, but then... Basically, most people think they need to work their lower abs when actually, they don't.

It's just that there are more fat in the lower abdominal region that the upper and middle abdominal.

So if they cut, most will find out they really need not work it after all. :)

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
