"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Yeah, don't sleep one night - stay up, then go out the next day at lunch and walk about town.

Slight sleep deprivation causes a huge increase in confidence and makes you feel invincible - I'm sure it's a survival mechanism, but you can use it to your advantage for practice. You won't CARE what anyone thinks of you and will be able to clock eyes with everyone, male or female.

I'm totally serious by the way. If you're going to do it, drink plenty of fluid.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Think of it like a game man for example like i do if theres a girl walking one way in the hallway and im walking the other way ( so we are gunna pass each other ) and we catch eye contact i look at her give her a catchy smile and i keep looking until she looks down and when she does im like YES i won and if she never breaks the eye contact when she is right at you and you pass her give her a simple "hey" works wonders.

Being able to maintain eye contact is more mental than physical. When you grow confident enough, you're going to want to stare every woman down that you see, trust me.

Sleep deprivation is probably the most unhealthy way to practice, although it does put you in survival mode in which you feel like you'll rape anything you see :)

Build your confidence up, or simply tell yourself that you don't give a sh!t and you can stare any woman down that you'd like. Don't be scared, you'll be reaping the benefits thereafter.

If you read the DJ Bible, it tells you that you're the prize, not them. If anything they should be looking away from you :p

Yep that's right. It's a big self-esteem boost when they smile and look down all embarassed :p

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
