Good relationship with father.
Stable group of friends, does not have a new best friend every year.
Has steady girl friends, does not have trouble getting along with girls.
Cooks and cleans, is not lazy.
Does acts of kindness without being asked.
Not a complainer, is not hard on waiters, salesmen and such.
Is respectful to you in front of others especially her family and parents (even if mad at you)
No past excessive drug use.
Obviously low number of sex partners.
No past smoking.
No princess syndrome, or no only child syndrome.
Obviously does not allow orbiters.
Shows responsibility, does she clean up after herself, make a bed, pick up her cup she leaves around, that sort.
No kids, unless the kid is an absolute angel.....
I would like to add one of the biggest red flags I have experienced was my ltr stayed with me 4 days a week for work (one mile drive instead of 50 mins from her house) she used my shower and bathroom everyday she stayed 4x week for over a year and never cleaned it once, not once. When I mentioned she should be volunteering to clean it occasionally she declined, felt I was wrong because she did not "live there". My response was that you live here 4 days a week and can at the very least clean it occasionally or show the respect and effort to do so. Nope, 6 moths later still never attempted to clean it, even if I was wrong you think she would do it because I asked. Nothing. She is gone. You get what you see boys, dont listen to false promises..
