"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I'm going to regret asking this, but has anyone tried liposculpture to get off that last little bit of ab fat that won't go away?

I take in 1500-1800 calories per day. I have a 32 waist at 5'10" and a 44" chest. I run 3-5 miles, on hills, 3-4 times per week; I can do 50 pushups in 60 seconds and 100 crunches in 120 seconds. Even when I was in the Marines and at my physical peak I didn't have 6-pack abs. I've always had a little pouch of fat around my belly button. I have 4 solid, perfect abs, nice serratus and good obliques, tapering down into a shapeless mass at my waist. I'm not fat; just undefined for about three vertical inches.

I'm considering liposculpture to kick my genetics right in the @$$ and get that Brad Pitt in Fight Club look.

Anyone done it? Anyone care to offer up a CBA (cost-benefit analysis?)

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Are those three vertical inches so important to you? If so fine, have the surgery .. it's your body.

Possibly talk to a bodybuilding coach who specialises in pre-contest stuff, he might have some exotic ideas.

I'm in the same boat, have a little pouch over my abs thats concentrated. In order for that to go away I'd have to look like a skeleton everywhere else (altho I plan to add some muscle to fill out).

Make sure you arent limiting your calories too much or over training. That can mess up your metabolism. I did the same thing and hit a plataeu.

I tried eating big; I was a gym rat for years. I gain really well, but still no 5th or 6th abs. Plus, my neck and jaw get huge and I look like a moron when I bulk up. Seriously. I pull off the Big Galoot look really well, which is not cool given my current career choice.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
