I had 17 girls in bed last year, after three in my entire life previously. I'd like to match that number this year, but up the quality.

Also dig deeper into my own neediness and avoidance of rejection. So much work still to do...

Having goals are excellent and a MUST for any real "elite male". I have a whole notebook where I write down every goal that I want to achieve. Some are long term, some are short term.
