so you feel like you have the blues huh? you know i wonder and you may wonder also, just how the word "blues"
came to be used for feeling down. and just how what shade of blue is the blues?
is it a dark blue or a light blue or does it depend on
how you feel?
and why blue and not some other color?

well maybe you can find some meaning in all this by noticing
that blue is the color of a clear blue sky,
maybe the blues
is sort of a piece of the clear blue sky that fell out
of the clear blue sky and just needs to be replaced,
put back up there. maybe why the blues you have
feels bad is because it is out of place.
and you can imagine getting this blue and looking up high into the clear blue sky, feeling the difference

and notice how this sky seems infinite and really feel
the infinite openness and just maybe a piece is missing,
the blues you have,
so you just put this piece of blues back up where it really belongs,
within the infinite.
see this to make the clear blue complete and infinite without end. now how does the clear blue sky feel,
as you do now aswell?
notice the ideas and feeling that now come to you out of the clear blue sky. and how you can use these now.
