She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.
You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.
The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
Your scale is somewhat flawed. Traditionally, any girl who is bad-looking is supposed to rank below 5. A five is someone who is kinda neutral-looking. Therefore, if you tell us you are dating a UG4, we are right in laughing at you.My scale is strict. When a girl is ugly, she's ugly.
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
This only applies under the assumption that there are just as many ugly/unattractive girls as there are normal/cute/goodlooking girls. This is just not correct. Most girls out there are normal looking, and there are alot of cute/pretty girls around. It's more seldom that you see a really really ugly girl, than when you see a pretty, sexy girl. Atleast in Scandinavia, where I live this is true. I know that in some other countries there are many badlooking girls, so this is affected by where you live.Obsidian said:Your scale is somewhat flawed. You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
See what I mean, different people have different taste. That's how I rank girls. My ideal women is probably either a blonde or brunette girl who's thin, has a cute face, a decent ass and nice feet. Though if she's chubby, but she's still got a nice body and a nice face, I can go for that(Like this one girl I liked named Marissa).Obsidian said:agreed. I think ElStud's scale is kinda absurd.
A woman doesn't have to be a super-model to rank a 7.
And she definitely doesn't have to be anorexic to be beautiful.
I'd be flattered.reset said:How would you feel if you knew some chick put a picture of you on the internet and had a bunch of anonymous strangers rating your physical appearance?
Anyway, everyone is different. If we all had the same tastes and interests this world would be boring.
The whole concept behind this thread makes me sick though. So why am I posting in it?
Interesting.
Well that's good. Sometimes a guy will be like "what about this chick I just met here's her picture" and to me, that's just f'ed up.Alkali said:I'd be flattered.
But they were on google.
If typed 'boy' into google and my picture was in the first four pages I might have that fixed...
